Their services include providing venture capital and a range of investment banking services, both in Australia and the US and through affiliations in Asia and Europe.

ESCOR, or the Eric Smorgon Corporation, is a private equity investor with a range of investment interests including Bang & Olufsen Australia, ES Group Trading, Espak Packaging Solutions, and Ridge Corp. ESCOR was a major provider of seed capital for ekit.

AMP is one of Asia/Pacific's largest and most respected Insurance and Financial institutions. AMP Private Capitals UK based technology fund has also provided investment in ekit.
